Camera schedule. Make, model, resolution, focal length, mounting position and intended scene for every camera. Not "12 cameras" with no further detail.
Pixel density on the scenes that matter. The question is: at the highest-density area you need evidence of, what is the pixel density per metre? Anything below 250 pixels per metre will not give a recognisable image of a person.
NVR and storage. NVR model, total storage in TB, retention in days at the configured frame rate and resolution, redundancy if any.
Network and remote access. How the system is configured for remote viewing, who has access, what bandwidth is used.
Maintenance terms. Service interval, response time, what is included.
