The Hawthorne story

We replaced the standards, rebuilt the team, and kept the clients.

In December 2024, new ownership acquired SSY Group and rebuilt it as Hawthorne. That ownership comes from medicine — a profession where ethics and accountability are not values on a wall but conditions of practice. We brought that expectation with us.

The client relationships SSY had built over two decades were worth protecting. The standards behind them were not. Hawthorne now operates with transparent pricing, honest site assessments, and maintenance contracts that are actually carried out. In an industry where that remains the exception, we intend to make it unremarkable.
