Hawthorne has promoted Leanne Osborne to Managing Director. The move follows a strong start to 2026 that has seen the business grow, win new contracts, and continue its development after the acquisition and rebrand of SSY. The promotion was covered by PSI Magazine.
Leanne previously oversaw operations at Hawthorne as General Manager, a role in which she played a key part in stabilising and strengthening the business during a period of rapid change. She steps up having helped guide the team through the transition from SSY to Hawthorne, securing new client contracts while ensuring existing customers continued to receive the standard of service they expect.
